Health is wealth and keeping it fit and healthy is important but exercise is little difficult in this busy schedule, little planning can manage it better.
Healthcare and health insurance are two essential parts for everyone to stay safe and secure in life, healthy life reduces the chance to get ill and a right health insurance protects from serious injuries and illness that can’t be escape. Health is wealth and staying fit is very important and to stay fit exercise is the best way; as the doctors say daily exercise and healthy food strengthen the life. But in this busy work schedule it is hard to do exercises on a daily basis.
Now-a-days most of the work life is fitted either in a 9-5 job or some have more than that that bounds the opportunities to exercise daily or in a scheduled routine.
Besides that the corporate sectors have no limited work time that is increasing various diseases like laziness, obesity, diabetics, back pain, migraine etc. The ever rising demand of time and money doesn’t match with each other and the life risk has been growing up so it is important to do exercise daily.
Though it is literally tough to manage time between these busy schedules for exercising but it is possible to do some exercises around work schedules. A right plan and work management tips will help to maintain work and healthy life both during the work week.
Divide the leisure time or find a gap between works and split them into short times like running, walking or free hand exercising before and after work. Those all will lead you to a nice exercise without lacking sleep time or reducing time from other works.
Do some exercises before lunch or breakfast, eat light but healthy foods, take a walk during talking with friends. Use stairs instead of lifts or walk a lap around the workplace while taking tea or relaxing.
Leave a little earlier before the time of office and take some steps to the bus station. Walk while taking calls, text or speak while running a little.
Do most effective workouts like running, biking, swimming, jumping, skipping that will reduce the stress and keep the heart healthy for long time. Without all this, one can try different exercises to see the best results for the body and which one will suit for the time and body most; besides that a little yoga class and gym can also be helpful.
Besides the whole week’s little workout do some extra efforts on the weekends, lift some loads, do some extra hour exercises or do some household works like cleaning or dusting which are the substitutes of gym.
